Frances Mae Wallace Ferguson, 87, of Glasgow died March 6

Frances Mae Wallace Ferguson, 87, of Glasgow, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

Born March 15, 1931, in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Pansy Wallace.

Frances was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church for over 60 years and enjoyed being a homemaker and a grandmother.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. Ferguson; sister, Helen Wallace Sensabaugh; and brother, Charles Wallace.

Surviving are her children, Bobby Ferguson (Fay), Sandy Taylor (Rob), and Ann Ferguson; grandchildren, Barrett O’Hagan (Patrick), Marty McCullough (Brian), Travis Ferguson (Jessie), Brittany Ferguson; great-grandchildren, Charlie and Jack O’Hagan, Jayne Mae McCullough, and Ella Kate Ferguson; siblings, Leonard Wallace (Carolyn), Christine Bane, Jimmy Wallace, and Nancy Hamilton (Marion).

A graveside service was conducted Saturday, March 9, at Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery with the Rev. Lucy Jackson Hughes officiating.

Arrangements were handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
