Penny Evelyn Newell of Buena Vista died Sunday, July 25, at Augusta Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 17, 1965, in Bedford, a daughter of Hillard Goff and Beulah Goff Moore.

Surviving are three sons, Brian Goff of Natural Bridge, CJ Newell of Fairfield and Dylan Newell of Buchanan; and one sister, Lisa Gross of Florida.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose and Lotts Funeral Home.
