Ben Greenberg, a photographer and lifelong resident of Virginia, is the featured artist this month at Nelson Gallery. His passion for photography began in the 1970s and it wasn’t long before he began capturing images of his family (initially) and then images of his home state, Virginia. The public responded - especially by buying a popular book called “Natural Virginia,” now in its third printing. His carefully crafted landscape photographs have won local and national awards. Best of all, he loves to talk about his craft and his experiences, so area residents are invited to come to the reception this Friday, April 4, from 5 to 7, and meet him.
