Lynn Lowry Leech, grew up on a farm near Rockbridge Baths. She attended Lexington schools and graduated from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. She was managing editor of Shenandoah, Washington and Lee University’s literary review, and later became executive director of Rockbridge Area Habitat for Humanity.
