The Rockbridge Historical Society held a well-attended presentation on Sunday afternoon at New Monmouth on the topic of the Kerrs Creek Raids. Thank you to the whole RHS team for this interesting insight into the history of our community.
Wednesday Bible Study will take place at the church at 5:15, followed by choir at 6:30. The choir will be preparing a few songs for Easter.
The next Lunch Bunch is on April 8 and we will meet at Don Tequila’s in Lexington at 12:30. This lunch is open to anyone who wants to gather to share a meal and conversation. Join us!
New Monmouth will host an Easter sunrise service at 7 am on April 22. This service is open to the whole community, and we sincerely hope you will join us for this special morning of worship. Breakfast (and coffee!) will be served at New Monmouth after the service. Our regular worship service will take place at 11 am (no Sunday school).
Mark your calendars for VBS at New Monmouth! We welcome you to join us June 2-5 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for kids who are in preschool through 5th grade. We have a cooking theme this year and we will be sure to serve up a good time!
