Sending a very happy second birthday to my niece, Ivy Gardner, in Logan, Utah! Happy birthday also to Jennifer Shanks, as well as to St. John’s Episcopal Church members Andy VanOsten and Jason Hickman.
At Faith Baptist Church, there will be a Ladies Fellowship meeting on April 7 at 10 a.m., the Ladies Circle will meet on April 14 at 6 p.m. and the Easter Communion service will be on April 16 at 6 p.m.
At St. John’s Episcopal Church, this past Sunday was a Morning Prayer service led by Brandall Branch. Many thanks to him and to Bert Buford and Josh Gardner for providing music. Next Sunday will also be a Morning Prayer service.
Coming up this month in the valley, Thunder BRidge will be hosting an open studios event on Saturday, April 19, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. featuring 16 resident artist studios and several guest artists as well.
