Trinity United Methodist Church is planning a special service and an Easter egg hunt for Palm/Passion Sunday.
Attendees at the 11 a.m. worship service will wave palms in celebration of Jesus’ entrance into Jerusalem, which will be followed with lessons and songs that tell the story of his passion. During this service the Trinity Ringers and the sanctuary choir will be joined by John Brodie on trumpet for several numbers, including the processional, “All Glory, Laud, and Honor,” and the anthem, “He Comes as King” by Patrick M. Liebergen.
That afternoon at 5 the church will be hold an Easter egg hunt with a “Pasta Palooza” kid friendly dinner in the fellowship hall immediately following the egg hunt.
