Sending birthday wishes to my sister-in-law, Shambray Gardner, in Logan, Utah, as well as to Faith Baptist Church members James Sampson, Hank Beverly and Draecyn Hostetter.
At Faith Baptist Church, the Ladies Circle will meet on April 14 at 6 p.m. On April 16, there will be a Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 8 a.m. and the Easter Communion service will be at 6 p.m.
There was a morning prayer service at St. John’s Episcopal Church this past Sunday led by Dave VanOsten. Many thanks to him and to Bert Buford and Josh Gardner for providing music. Next Sunday will be a Holy Eucharist service led by the Rev. Dr. Jan Fuller. St. John’s Holy Eucharist Easter service will be on April 20 at 11 a.m. Everyone is invited and welcome to stay after the service for the annual Easter congregation photo, as well as for refreshments during coffee hour. The Easter service will also be available to watch live on Facebook and will be uploaded to the church’s You-Tube channel.
