Linda Ayers Johnson, 67, of Lexington died Feb. 28

Linda Ayers Johnson, 67, of Lexington died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023, at her home.

Born Nov. 9, 1955, in Lexington, she was a daughter of the late Nelvin Dennis Ayers and Ollie Mae Higgins Ayers.

Linda graduated from Lexington High School, Class of 1974.

Surviving are her husband of 45 years, Steve G. Johnson; daughter, Brandy and husband Benji; son, Dustin Johnson; four grandchildren; special cousin, Dreama Cunningham; and special friends Kitty Falls, Vicki Bramlett, David Mays, Aaron Dock and Cindy Shumate. She also leaves behind her beloved fur babies Buffy, Bixby, Reggie and Boots.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 4, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Arnold Bradley.

Family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 3, at Harrison Funeral Home.
