STEVE KNICK

Steve Wayne Knick, 74, of Rockbridge Baths died Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at his home.

Born Oct. 3, 1948, in Lexington, he was a son of the late Carden W. Knick and Hattie Wilhelm Knick.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son in 1968 and his brother David Allen Knick in 1983.

Steve is at peace with the Lord now as he strongly believed. He was a very talented taxidermist and owned Broken Arrow Taxidermy. He loved nature, hunting and gardening.

Surviving are his special friend, Debra Riley; and one nephew, David Knick, and one niece, Lisa Fernandez.

A memorial service will be announced later at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Hunter Phillips officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, 8919 World Ministry Ave., Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
