Hull’s Drive-In is opening for the 2023 season.

Hull’s Drive-In is opening for the 2023 season.

The “soft” opening is this Saturday, March 18, as a fundraiser for the Rockbridge County High School yearbook – a showing of “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.”

Tickets are available in advance at hullsdrivein.com for $15 a car. Tickets will be available at the gate for $20 a car. The county admissions tax of 6% will be added.

The official season opening will be Friday, March 24, featuring “Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania,” and “Avatar: The Way of Water.”

Hull’s will offer double features every Friday and Saturday night with new or recently released national titles. Sundays are single-feature nights with the most popular of the weekend’s features. There are single admission, double admission and carload tickets available online in advance and at a slightly higher price at the gate, if still available.

Birthday, organization and corporate packages are available if purchased in advance. Annual memberships with coupons and discounts are available at individual ($20), family ($50), Guardian ($100) and Archangel ($300) levels. Corporate sponsorships, including screen ads, start at $250 per year. Private rentals are available on nonpublic nights at a fee of $350, plus licensing fees.
