Nancy Carol Higgins Clark, 82, of Lexington, entered Heaven to be with the Lord and Savior Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Nancy was a member of Collierstown United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her many grandchildren. Taking pride in doing for her family, she liked to cook, clean and make sure that everyone had plenty to eat, especially her chicken and dumplings.
She was born August 16, 1940, the daughter of the late Woodrow and Mildred Higgins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Emory Higgins and Elwood Higgins as well as her niece Libby Painter.
Surviving is her husband of 47 years, David Clark. Also surviving are her children, Patricia (Blair) Nicely, Kimmy (Ernie) Ford, and Davy (Cheryl) Clark; grandchildren, Anita McDaniel, Tonya (Barrett) McFaddin, Timmy Camden, Cody Clark (Julie), and Devin Clark; great-grandchildren, Chelsey Ingram, Taylor Mynes, Haley McDaniel (Samuel), Mackenzie Mynes, Emmett Clark, and Ollie Clark; great-greatgrandchild, Raegan Moore; sisters, Mary Patterson and Linda Hill; and brother, Kenny (Peggy) Higgins.

A funeral was conducted Saturday, March 18, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Bill Thomas and the Rev. Bill Bearden. Burial followed at Collierstown Presbyterian Cemetery.
