March 27, 2023 Editor, The News-Gazette: The Bible speaks of a one world government and this has confounded biblical scholars. Three super powers would have to sit down at a round table and two of them would relinquish their power to the third super power.
Living in these end times it seems as if a war between U.S. and Russia or China may occur. This would be the doomsday war which would allow for one world government.
Let’s say it is between Russia and the U.S. No boots on the ground, just missiles in the air. Three main targets would be hit in the U.S. ‒ Washington, D.C., the capital city of each state and the food belt in the West. This would take out leadership, cause chaos in the major cities and ensure that nothing grows in the farmlands causing mass starvation.
The remaining superpower would start to form a one ruling government which would meet great resistance from the Middle East. This is where Armageddon will take place. Jesus Christ and His mighty Angels will be there and Satan and his army of men and the blood will flow up to the horse’s bridle in this final great struggle between the forces of good and evil (Rev. 16:16).
Most people don’t seem to be worried about this; hopefully it’s because they have been washed in His blood and know where they will spend eternity regardless of what happens in the world.
