Dawn Fitzgerald, 61, of Natural Bridge died Jan. 15

Dawn Swartz Fitzgerald, 61, of Natural  Bridge died Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, at Augusta  Medical  Center.

Born Aug. 4, 1961, in Lexington, she was a daughter of Eleanor Manspile Swartz and the late Harry Alexander Swartz Jr.

Dawn was a member of  Glasgow  Baptist  Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Darrell E. Fitzgerald; son, Justin Fitzgerald (Pepper Hanna); daughter, Ashley Fitzgerald Vranich (Leo); grandchildren, John Edward Fitzgerald, Niles Berlin Fitzgerald, Amelia Dawn Vranich, Stephen Alexander Vranich and Eli Jackson Vranich; and brothers Timothy Swartz (Donna), Jeffrey Swartz (Jane) and Frederick Swartz (Kelly).

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at Rockbridge  Memorial  Gardens by Travis Bowman.

A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, at Harrison Funeral Home.
