Rockbridge County High School announced its second Athletic Hall of Fame class on Monday of last week.
The class, which will be inducted at the RC gym on Saturday, Sept. 23, consists of eight inductees. The inductees, selected by a committee after receiving nominations, are football players Andy Cline (Class of 1994) and Michael Burant (2000), baseball player Greg Stubblefield (1996), girls lacrosse player Kelly Evans (2003), girls basketball player Katie Flint (2006), boys basketball player Jeffrey Early (2008), golfer Peter Shaner (2014) and RC head golf coach David Miller, who also coached tennis, football and basketball. Bios will be published closer to the date of the induction.
The inductees will be honored at halftime of the Wildcats’ home football game against Broadway on Friday, Sept. 22.
