Pursuant to Code of Virginia Section 15.2-1800 notice is given that the City Council of the City of Buena Vista will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following matters.
1) Well and water line license agreement between the City and The Ranch Golf Club LLC The Public Hearing will be held in Council Chambers, City Hall, 2039 Sycamore Ave, Buena Vista VA 24416. The meeting begins at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 18th 2023. Notice is hereby given that the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Board Meeting Room on the 1st floor of the Rockbridge County Administrative Offices, 150 South Main Street, Lexington, VA, 24450, to consider adoption of the following: Ordinance to Vacate the Plat of ‘NORTH LEE-HI SUBDIVISION PHASE II’, Recorded in Plat Cabinet 3, Slide 412, With Lots Identified as Tax Map #49-16-1, #49-16-2, #49-16-3, #49-16-4, and #49-10-10A, and Owned by Richard A. Coleman and Brenda Garrett, Located Off of Boundary Line Lane in the Walkers Creek Magisterial District All interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing to express their views on the proposed ordinance. City of Lexington Notice of Public Hearing Amendment of Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the Lexington City Council on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. during its regular meeting, held in the first-floor meeting room of the Rockbridge County Administrative Offices, 150 South Main Street, Lexington, Virginia,to solicit input on Ordinance 2023-04 amending the FY 2023 budget from $48,517,292 to $48,933,728. This ordinance proposes appropriating $431,413 from fund balance to purchase the land for the new Health and Human Services Center, the cost of which will be shared with Rockbridge County and Buena Vista. Copies of the Ordinances may be obtained from the City Manager’s Office in City Hall at 300 E. Washington Street.
