ELVIN MILLER Elvin B. Miller, 86, of Topping passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Marjorie McKinstry-Miller; his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Joyce Miller; his sister-in-law, Deloris Miller; and his church family. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 14, at Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, May 13, at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Saluda.
