Paul Dylan Durham, known as Dylan, 36, of Rockbridge County, died Monday, May 8, 2023.
He was born Oct. 24, 1986, in Lexington, and raised in Rockbridge County.
He is survived by two daughters, Sylvia Durham and Vayda Durham; his mother, Esther Scherf; his father, Greg Durham; and three sisters, Elisa, Fleur and Casey.
Mr. Durham had an adventurous spirit, he was intelligent, and found the most joy when he was in nature with his daughters. He was an Eagle Scout, which helped to form his love for the outdoors, fishing, camping and swimming. He loved his family, animals and an inquisitive conversation.
There will be a celebration of life held from 1 to 4 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, at Heartstone Country Retreat.
