The Buena Vista Police made the following felony arrests over the past month: Maxwell Jordan Richerson, 18, for two felony counts of property damage, one felony count of damage to a public building, two misdemeanor counts of property damage and one misdemeanor count of petit larceny on May 14.

Syrina McArthur, 31, of Buena Vista, for four counts of abuse or neglect of a child on May 11.

Anthony Jones, 34, of Buena Vista, for one count of grand larceny on April 27.

Tammie Burley, 44, of Buena Vista, for one count of felony probation violation on April 17.

Shaun Hill, 23, of Buena Vista, for one count of violating a protective order (third offense) on April 14.

Jonathan Ray Finley, 45, of Buena Vista, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug on April 12.

Danielle White, 39, of Lynchburg, for one felony count of aiding in concealing stolen goods or property, one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug and one misdemeanor account of possession of drug paraphernalia on April 6.

Vaughn Blackburn, 52, of Vesuvius, for one count of possession of 10 grams or more of meth with intent to distribute and possession of a stun weapon on April 5.

Rory Ware, 34, of Lexington, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (fentanyl) and one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) on April 5.

Dalton Moore, 23, of Buena Vista, for one count of grand larceny on April 3.

Emily Nicely, 22, of Buena Vista, for one count of grand larceny on April 3.

Michael Taylor, 48, of Buena Vista, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug on April 2.

Amy Bryant, 36, of Buena Vista, for one count of child endangerment on March 30.

Ian Martin, 24, of Buena Vista, for one count of child endangerment on March 30.

- The Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office made the following felony arrests over the past two weeks: Christopher Michael Burley, 21, of Lexington, for one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug, one misdemeanor count of reckless driving and one misdemeanor count of driving without a license on May 21.

William Armstrong, 33, of Lexington, for one felony count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one felony count of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and one misdemeanor count of public drunkenness on May 18.

Layne Walker Clements, 20, of Lexington, for one count of grand larceny and one count of felony property damage on May 16.
