TOBIE SNOW

Tobie Anne Conner Snow went home to be with Jesus, with her loved ones at her side, on June 21, 2023, in Roanoke.

She was born to Harold and Gertie Lawhorne Conner on April 19, 1938, in Buena Vista.

She is survived by her daughters and their spouses, Teresa and Ron Sutherland and Julie and Jim Strasser; by four grandchildren, Erin Bradshaw (her husband Mike), Evan Sutherland, Ashlyn Strasser and Alexandra Strasser; by a sister, Kathy (and her husband Robbie); by a sister-in-law, Tillie; and by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces.

Tobie was predeceased by her parents; husband, James Snow; brothers, Marshall and Ray; sister, Fay (and her husband, Volney).

She was strong in her faith, lived a beautifully dignified life, and was always on the go! She loved to do lunch with one of her many friends, or venture to the beach for a weekend with loved ones.

The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for the attentive and compassionate care they provided for their mom, grandmom, sister, and aunt.

Troy Mayes officiated a graveside service at Green Hill Cemetery in Buena Vista on Friday, June 23.
