CornerStone Bank invited the community for a "old-fashioned hot dog picnic" on Friday at its branch just north of Lexington.
The bank's annual celebration of its customers and community, which kicked off the holiday weekend, this year featured tethered rides in a hot-air balloon. The balloon will be part of the Balloons Over Rockbridge event that will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Virginia Horse Center.
