South River District Volunteer Fire & Rescue will present its 69th annual carnival July 20-22 at the Fairfield fairgrounds.
On Thursday expect food, games and bounce houses starting at 6 p.m. Music will be by Spencer Hatcher and the Ole Son Gang.
On Friday, barbecue chicken will be sold starting at noon at the firehouse. The parade starts at 7. Games and bounce houses will be available for play after the parade. Music will be by The Late Night Stumblers.
On Saturday, barbecue chicken will again be sold at noon and the carnival activities will start at 6. This night there will be a raffle drawing of 54 prizes and music by Dorsey Hostetter and the Tri Country Band.
