The following local students received a degree from Washington and Lee University on May 25. Commencement ceremonies for 453 Washington and Lee seniors were held on the university’s historic front lawn.
Patrick James Slattery of Lexington received a bachelor of science degree, Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude. He majored in accounting.
Kai John-Blunch of Lexington received a bachelor of science degree in business administration.
Alexxis Colbie Hatfield of Lexington received a bachelor of science degree in cognitive and behavioral science.
Victor Ndhlovu of Lexington received a bachelor of arts degree in economics.
Irina Nikolaeva Koleva of Lexington received a bachelor of science degree in neuroscience.
Yilin Xu of Lexington received a bachelor of arts degree, Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, majoring in studio art, with a second major in economics.
