Thanks to Pam Claterbaugh for bringing the morning message this past Sunday at High Bridge Presbyterian Church.
High Bridge will receive the Fifth Sunday offering this coming Sunday, July 30.
Visiting for the week were Dane and Sheryl West’s daughter, Sarah West Lobos, and her children Luke and Claire Lobos. The previous Sunday, we also had visiting Nora Upchurch of Lovettsville who was spending the week with her grandparents Sam and Violet Vest. Also, Max Pennington of Baltimore, Md., spent three weeks with his grandparents, Lloyd and Esther Pennington.
The Hootenanny was a great success on July 20 with special musical guest, retired Rev. Marina Gopadze despite the thunderstorm. Everyone enjoyed making their own ice cream sundae after the music.

Vacation Bible School will be held at Cave Mountain Lake on Saturday, July 29, from 9:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Bring your towel, swimsuit and a smile! Donna Lotts is the director. Natural Bridge/ Glasgow food pantry will be open Saturday, July 29, from 9 to 11 a.m. Peanut butter and boxes of macaroni and cheese are needed, since our distribution center in Verona is not receiving these goods due to a recent USDA change. Most of our food items are being purchased at the distribution center. We continue to thank our sponsoring churches and supporters for their generous donations as well as thanking our volunteers. Donations can be left at your churches or at our local pantry in Glasgow on days we are open. Call Esther Pennington for any questions.
