A crash on Interstate 81 Sunday afternoon caused backups once again on the interstate and on U.S. 11.
According to Rockbridge Fire-Rescue Chief Nathan Ramsey, two tractor-trailers overturned on the left shoulder on I-81 northbound at mile marker 189.4 near Lexington. Lexington Fire/ EMS and Ramsey responded.
No hazard materials were involved, he said, and a minor diesel leak was contained. There were no injuries.
