CITY OF LEXINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO REVIEW AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN EDUCATIONAL FACILITY/FAMILY HOME DAY CARE AT 10 N. LEWIS STREET, TAX MAP#s 24-5-B & 24-5-C A public hearing will be conducted by the Lexington Planning Commission at 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 24, 2023 in the first floor meeting room of the Rockbridge County Administrative Offices, 150 South Main Street, to review a Conditional Use Permit application to allow an educational facility/ primary/secondary or a family home day care at 10 N. Lewis Street in Lexington, Virginia. A copy of the application is available for public review and examination between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. in the Planning and Development Department located on the second floor of Lexington City Hall, 300 East Washington Street.
