Rt 60 Paving Project VDOT Project Number 0060-103-244 UPC 121158 The City of Buena Vista plans to mill and pave Route 60 (29th Street) from the intersection with Beech Avenue eastward to the East City Line. No additional right-of-way will be required and all paving will be within the existing roadway. The project will be funded through the Primary Extension State of Good Repair Program. Project documents are available at City Hall, 2039 Sycamore Avenue, Buena Vista VA 24416 or by email at [email protected]. Because this project does not change the location or design of the existing roadway, the City is not planning to hold a public hearing to solicit comment on whether to repave or not. However, the City is willing to hold a public hearing on this project if any person requests. This project is Federally funded and the public is provided an opportunity to request a public hearing on this project. CITY OF LEXINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TO REVIEW APPLICATION APPEALING DECISION AND/ OR DETERMINATION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR PERTAINING TO 207 DIAMOND STREET
A public hearing will be conducted by the Lexington Board of Zoning Appeals at a meeting to begin at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, September 18, 2023 in the Second Floor Meeting Room of the Lexington City Hall, 300 East Washington Street, to allow persons to appear and present their views in response to an application to appeal certain decisions and/or determinations made by the Zoning Administrator, as made in a letter dated August 8, 2023, regarding 207 Diamond Street (TM# 17-61-20); it was the Zoning Administrator’s determination that a Short Term Rental Registration cannot be issued for the property because it is not the owners’ primary residence.
