Patsy Ann Hipes Reese, 71, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023, at her residence in Steeles Tavern.

A visitation to celebrate Patsy H. Reese’s life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Henry Funeral Home in Staunton.
