Sept. 15, 2023 Editor, The News-Gazette: Please vote for Lenna Ojure for the Buffalo District School Board position. She has taught at all levels of education during her 47 years here in Rockbridge County, including teaching teachers. She is currently training and guiding volunteers for the Rockbridge Regional Library’s Youth Literacy Program.
Lenna is an effective problemsolver who believes in working together with teachers students and parents to find a way to get the best outcomes. This means listening to and taking all sides of an issue seriously, knowing that education is key to every child’s success. Lenna will use her considerable skills and knowledge to help the Rockbridge County School Board make decisions which strengthen all our schools.
