STELLA BAYNE

Stella Cash Fix Bayne, 92, of Lexington passed away Sept. 13, 2023, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born Sept. 30, 1930, she was the daughter of Otho and Drucilla Falls Cash.

She was widowed by two husbands, Charles Fix and Carl Bayne. She was proud to have been married to each of them for 30 years.

Stella was preceded in death by her identical twin sister, Della Fix; sister, Beulah Ramsey; and brothers Otis Cash and Harry Cash.

She is survived by a sister, Elsie Smith of Lexington.

Stella was a member of Ebenezer Presbyterian Church.

A graveside service was conducted Saturday, Sept. 16, by the Rev. Chuck Schooler.

Stella had compassion for her babies, the cats, deer, ground hogs, squirrels and birds so in lieu of flowers please consider an animal rescue of your choice.
