Gary Wayne Mikels, 69, of Lexington died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, at Pheasant Ridge Nursing & Rehab.

Born May 4, 1954, in Buena Vista, he was a son of the late Vernon Elliot Mikels and Ellen Argenbright Mikels.

He was previously employed at Burlington Industries.

Surviving are his sister; Carolyn Campbell, and brother; Robert Wilson Jr.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 6, at Green Hill Cemetery.
