Courts Update

The following individuals were indicted by a Buena Vista grand jury on Sept. 25: Benjamin Tyler Harding, 35, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) on July 8.

Justin Bennett Martin, 39, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (amphetamine) on May 14.

Syrina Kayci McArthur, 32, for four counts of abuse or neglect of a child with reckless disregard for life on May 11.

Dylan Shane Conner, 28, for nine counts of felony damage to public utilities between May 18 and May 27.

Lamar Antwain Richardson, 35, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) on May 24.

Anthony Robert Jones, 35, for one count of grand larceny on April 3.

William Daniel Slagle, 42, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug on July 18.

Brandon Lee Clark, 35, for one count of assault of a family member (third offense) on July 21.
