Clarence Mack Mason, 90, of Natural Bridge Station died Oct. 3

 

Clarence Mack Mason, 90, of Natural Bridge Station died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, at Heritage Hall.

Born Nov. 18, 1932, in Amherst, he was a son of the late Orie Mason and Estelle Tarrey Mason.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jerylene Beverly Mason; and daughter Ginger Sue Tennant. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Clarence was a member of Faith Baptist Church and retired from Reeves Brothers. He enjoyed watching Westerns, wrestling and loved telling jokes.

Surviving are his children, Janet Wallace, Jennifer Deacon, Charlene Wheeler and Darlene Wright; 10 grandchildren; a special granddaughter, Stephanie Dameron; 28 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9, at Green Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Bostic officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Faith Baptist Church, 15 Faith Baptist Circle, Natural Bridge Station, VA 24579.

Arrangements are by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory.
