Narrows Pulls Away From Blues In Second Half, 56-21

 

 

Friday, Oct. 6 – Despite a strong start, the Parry McCluer High School football team suffered a 56-21 road loss to Narrows in the Pioneer District opener on Friday night.

The Fighting Blues (4-2 overall, 0-1 district) led 14-13 at halftime, but the Green Wave (5-1, 1-0) outscored them 37-0 in the third quarter. The teams played the second half in the pouring rain.

PM will continue district action with a home game against Craig County (2-3, 0-1) next Friday at 7 p.m.
