Walkers Creek Selling Barbecue Chicken Halves

Walkers Creek Fire & EMS, located at 3964 Walkers Creek Road, Middlebrook, will be taking preorders for barbecue chicken halves at $6 each.

If residents want to stock up for cold weather, they can just vacuum seal and freeze the chicken and then reheat it in boiling water.

Orders will be ready for pickup by 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28. For information and to place orders, call (540) 348-5105. Leave a message and you will receive a callback to confirm your order.

Orders must be placed by 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22.
