Happy birthday wishes are being sent to Dawn Lovelace, Carolyn Simmons, Edna Collins, Johnny Kiskek, Marlene Phillips, James Fitzgerald, Brandon Terrell, Jacob Waymack, Jill Chaplin, Becky Stump and Michael Robertson. Better health prayers for Joe Campbell, who has shown some improvement. Also please continue praying for Becky Hite who has a fungus in her lungs. From what I have been told, Terry Brooks (my uncle) is in the last stage of life. Keep his family in prayer.

I had a great vacation this week in Lancaster, Pa. This year we had a lot of detours due to road construction. But I was able to get most of my Christmas shopping for my grandchildren done.

Just a reminder that the Vesuvius Holiday Express bazaar will be Saturday, Nov. 11, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Mark your calendars.
