The Buena Vista Seventhday Adventist Church will hold its third annual Fall/ Christmas Craft and Bake Sale this Sunday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The sale will be held in the fellowship hall at the church located at 2335 Magnolia Ave.
Nancy Countrymen, who oversees this project, organized this event as a fundraiser for the new church building fund and it has now become a tradition that both the community and church members enjoy and look forward to, said a spokeswoman. All craft items, baked goods and candies have been donated, so the total sales from this event will be going to the new church project.
There will be fall and Christmas crafts as well as other homemade items. Bake sale items will include cream puffs, cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, fudge, bread, and many other items. Homemade doughnuts will be back again this year.
