BOBBY EGGLESTON

Bobby Edward Eggleston of Picayune, Miss., passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at the age of 91.

Bobby had been a resident of Picayune since 1987. In 1972, after serving 20 years in the Air Force, Bobby went on to work and retire from Martin-Marietta - Lockheede Martin, NASA.

Left to cherish his memories are his two sisters, Maryanne Smith and Barbara Jean Moore; five daughters, Susan Eggleston-Morris, Patricia Eggleston-Howard (Ralph Richmond), Julie EgglestonPolk, Lisa Eggleston-Burguin (Todd), and Robyn EgglestonAllen (Jerry); and one son, Melvin Dunaway (Mary). He also has many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded by his parents, Frank and Grace Eggleston, one brother and sister-in-law Herbert Lee and “Curly” Eggleston.

Graveside services will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 2618 Hwy 43 S., Picayune, MS 39466 on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 10:30 a.m.
