Editor, The News Gazette: This letter is to endorse Michele Clark for treasurer of Rockbridge County. I have known Michele for many years and have served with her on church and community projects.

The reason for this endorsement is because of working with Michele on a professional level, as victim witness director for the city of Buena Vista. She has to apply for the grant position and be diligent in managing all funds and they fall in the required criteria of the grant. These funds are received by the city of Buena Vista and are audited as part of the city’s annual audit. Michele’s banking and municipal experience more than qualify her for the job.

I strongly urge you to consider Michele Clark as your next Treasurer for the County of Rockbridge. She is ready to serve you.
