The Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office made the following felony arrests over the past three weeks: Jody Michelle Smith, 43, of Marion, for one count of credit card fraud on Oct. 20.

The Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office made the following felony arrests over the past three weeks: Jody Michelle Smith, 43, of Marion, for one count of credit card fraud on Oct. 20.

Michael James Cox II, 32, of Glasgow, for three counts of aggravated sexual battery (victim less than 13 years old), two counts of custodian sexual abuse (victim less than 15 years old), one count of attempted custodian sexual abuse (victim less than 15 years old), one count of object sexual penetration (victim less than 13 years old), one count attempted object sexual penetration (victim less than 13 years old and one count of custodial sodomy on Oct. 18.

Michael Dwayne Dalton, 31, of Lexington, for one felony count of child endangerment and one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon on Oct. 15.

Bobby Christopher Crowe, 46, of Lexington, for one felony count of eluding police, one misdemeanor count of failure to obey a highway sign, one misdemeanor count of reckless driving and one misdemeanor count of driving without a license on Oct. 14, and three misdemeanor counts of failure to obey a highway sign, one misdemeanor count of operating an uninsured vehicle, one misdemeanor count of littering, one misdemeanor count of intentionally altering or falsifying a license plate and one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen goods on Oct. 15.

Barry Samuel Camden, 59, of Natural Bridge Station, for one count of domestic assault and battery (third offense) on Oct. 11.

Phillip Gregory Tomlin, 33, of Lexington for one count of grand larceny and one count of larceny with intent to sell on Oct. 9.

Candice M. Johnson, 30, of Natural Bridge Station, for one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of possession or use of a registration not entitled to on Oct. 8.

Tyler Dudley, 31, of Lexington, for one count of embezzlement on Oct. 5. -The Lexington Police Department made the following felony arrests over the past three weeks: Dalton Dwayne Martin, 31, of Lexington, for one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug, one felony count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one felony count of possession of a firearm while possessing a schedule I or II drug, one felony count of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and one misdemeanor count of trespassing on Oct. 5.
