The following individuals were indicted by a Rockbridge County grand jury on Nov. 6: Michael Olson, 30, for two counts of carjacking, one count of assault on a law enforcement officer, one count of attempted abduction, one count of felony property damage, one count of grand larceny of a motor vehicle and one count of receiving stolen goods worth $1,000 or more on June 27.
Ricardo Vergara, 20, for one count of rape and one count of object sexual penetration on Jan. 14.
Travis Wayne Tolley, 39, for one count of possession of a firearm by a nonviolent felon within 10 years of conviction, one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug with intent to distribute while possessing a firearm, one count of possession of 100 grams of methamphetamine or more with intent to distribute and one count of possession with intent to distribute (third offense) on May 4.
David Allen Dudley, 36, for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) on April 4.
Megan Kay Ryder, 33, for one count of eluding police on Aug. 21, 2022.

James Andrew Bane, 42, for one count of welfare fraud on Jan. 22, 2021, one count of welfare fraud on July 8, 2021, and one count of fraudulently obtaining welfare assistance of $1,000 or more between Jan. 1, 2021, and Jan. 31, 2022.
Joseph Patrick Slagle, 32, for one count of obtaining money under false pretense, one count of passing bad checks and one count of uttering with intent to defraud between Nov. 25, 2022, and May 25, 2023, and one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) on March 28.
Vaughan Kevin Blackburn, 53, for one felony count of possession of a concealed weapon by a convicted felon, one felony count of selling a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) while in possession of a firearm, one felony count of selling a schedule I or II drug (fentanyl) while in possession of a gun, one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (methamphetamine) with intent to sell, one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug (fentanyl) with intent to sell and one misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon on Feb. 28.
