Members of the County’s Public Safety Committee, Supervisors Leslie Ayers and Bob Day, stopped by the Glasgow Life Saving and First Aid Crew to look at the new Stryker Power Load System that was recently installed. The Board of Supervisors supported and approved a request from the Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association, which resulted in the purchase of 11 Lucas CPR assist devices, one for each EMS agency in the county, and four Styker Power Load Systems. In addition to Glasgow’s, a power load system will be installed at Fairfield Volunteer Rescue, Kerrs Creek Fire-EMS and a county ambulance.
