Trinity Ringers Start Off Church’s Christmas Events

Trinity United Methodist Church is planning several events for the Christmas season.

The Trinity Ringers will be performing a concert on the front porch of the church prior to the Lexington Christmas Parade on Friday, Dec. 1, at 5:30 p.m.

Trinity’s sanctuary choir will be performing a cantata, “Bethlehem’s Child,” on Sunday, Dec. 10, during the 10 a.m. worship service under the direction of music director Angie Rader. The cantata will feature soloists Autumn Hanson Feyereisen and Carter Gorham, along with John Brodie on trumpet, Bob Conger on trombone, and Maddie Smith on oboe. The cantata will be narrated by Jean Glisson.

Trinity’s Christmas Eve worship service with candlelight and communion will start at 5:30 p.m.
