Southern Virginia University is planning several Christmas events this coming holiday season.
SVU’s Christmas forum will be on Friday, Dec. 1, at 11 a.m. in the Knight Arena and will feature several musical ensembles and a Christmas presidential address from President Bonnie H. Cordon.
The annual Readings and Carols concert at Trinity United Methodist Church in Lexington will be on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 6 p.m. with Southern Virginia University’s Bella Voce, Men’s Chorus and Chamber Singers, as well as spiritual readings for the Christmas season. Families are welcome.
Southern Virginia University’s annual Christmas on the Hill concert will be on Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 7:30 p.m. in the Knight Arena. Featuring Bella Voce, Men’s Chorus, Chamber Singers, Accolade, Symphonic Band, and Camerata Orchestra, the concert will ring in the Christmas season with carols and holiday favorites.
Admission is free to all of the SVU events.
