Santa Appearing In Collierstown

Santa Claus will be making a special trip to Collierstown on Saturday, Dec. 9, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the field across from the Effinger Volunteer Fire Department.

This event is hosted by area churches - Collierstown Baptist, Collierstown Presbyterian, Collierstown United Methodist, Mt. Horeb United Methodist, Oxford Presbyterian, Union View Advent Christian and Rapps Mill.

Each church will have treats or activities to offer area children. Santa photos will be sponsored by the Effinger Ruritan Club and taken by Blue Grass Photography for each child to have as a keepsake.
