Understanding the importance of building lasting relationships, the two hosted Chick-fil-A Family Nights every week, where directors and team members could bring their family and friends together to share a meal, creating a family-like bond among their team. As the local owner-operator of Chick-fil-A North Lee Highway, Bruner plans to continue this tradition. His wife, Bryana, will work alongside him as the HR director.
