HARRY SWISHER

Harry Everett Swisher II, 65, of Glasgow passed away Monday, Dec. 11, 2023.

Born Sept. 10, 1958, in Lexington, he was a son of Harry Everett Swisher and Isabel Crist Swisher.

In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by brothers-in-law Donald Bostic and Eddie Paxton.

Mr. Swisher owned/operated Swisher Construction for over 30 years.

Surviving Harry are his daughters, Lauren Slough (Geoff) and Kristen Swisher; granddaughter, Ella Rosa Slough; sisters, Patsy Paxton, Brenda Rhodenizer (Gene), Fontanne Bostic and Sharon Peebles (Charles); also numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

A celebration of life will be at the Lexington Moose Lodge.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Lexington Moose Lodge, 1465 Thornhill Road Lexington, VA 24450 or a charity of your choice. N-G
