BILL GROW

William “Bill” Devereaux Grow, 88, of Harrisonburg died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023, in Harrisonburg.

He was born Dec. 25, 1934, in Rockbridge County. He was the son of John Grow and Irene G. Bryant and stepson to Lloyd Bryant, all of whom predeceased him.

He was also predeceased by Becky Grow, the mother of his children, Dev Grow (Sara), Al Grow (Alice) and Greg Grow (Monique), who survive him, in addition to four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his wife, Darlene Grow, and his sister, Patricia Holland (Billy).

The funeral will be Saturday, Dec. 16, at 2 p.m. at Harrison Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Timber Ridge A.R. Presbyterian Cemetery. The Rev. Jason Kriaski of Grace Presbyterian Church (Lexington) will conduct the services.
