The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) is sponsoring a presentation by local high school exchange students at the Lexington Presbyterian Church on Monday, Jan. 29, at 6:30 p.m. in the Westfel Room (use Randolph Street entrance and follow signs) and Tuesday, Jan. 30, at 6:30, also in the Westfel Room.
The students will give a presentation about their home country, including an overview of daily life, culture, food, traditions, history, and some general information about the country. Questions from the audience members are welcome.
The students presenting on Monday, Jan. 29, will be Rukhshona Abdumalikova (Uzebekistan), Anabel Lazaro (Spain) and Sybile Leygonie (France). Presenting on Tuesday, Jan. 30, will be Anton (Germany), Yunhyeong Choi (South Korea) and DumanAbdurakhmanuly (Kazakhstan).
All the students will prepare a traditional dish or dessert to share with the community.
