The Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office made the following felony arrests over the last two weeks: Ethan Lunsford, 34, of Lexington, on warrants from Botetourt County for one felony count of intercepting an electronic transfer, one felony count of theft of a credit card number, one misdemeanor count of stalking, two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny and eight misdemeanor counts of altering computer data on Jan. 12.
Robert Michael Weeks, 63, of Raphine, for one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug, one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence, one misdemeanor count of obstruction of justice, one misdemeanor count of not having a motorcycle endorsement on license, one misdemeanor count of littering, one misdemeanor count of refusing to take a breathalyzer test and one misdemeanor count of public drunkenness on Jan. 11.
Jonathan Edwin Toombs, 45, of Buena Vista, for one count of grand larceny of a motor vehicle on Jan. 11.
Marley Riksha Elmes-Wilson, 26, of Natural Bridge, for one felony count of abduction, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny and one misdemeanor count of assault and battery on Jan. 8.
Brad Gordon Vest, 44, of Lexington, for one felony count of tampering with a gaming machine, one felony count of conspiracy to tamper with a gaming making, one misdemeanor count of winning by fraudulent means while gambling, one misdemeanor count of obtaining money by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count of driving with a suspended or revoked license on Jan. 7.
Sierra Ellen Castle, 27, of Lyndhurst, on warrants from Augusta County for one felony count of forging a check, one felony count of falsely uttering a check and one misdemeanor count of obtaining money under false pretenses, and warrants from Staunton for two felony counts of forging a check, two felony counts of falsely uttering a check and two misdemeanor counts of obtaining money under false pretenses on Jan. 1. - The Lexington Police Department made the following felony arrest in the past two weeks: Lisa Marie Grant, 45, of Portsmouth, for one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug, one misdemeanor count of driving with a suspended or revoked license and one misdemeanor count of operating an uninsured vehicle on Jan. 2. - The Buena Vista Police Department made the following felony arrests in November and December: Richard Mark Peters, 33, of Buena Vista, for one count of distributing marijuana to a minor on Dec. 17.
Damine Breeden, 36, of Greenville, for one count of strangulation on Dec. 10.
Ashelye Wheeler, 31, of Buena Vista for one count of possession of a schedule I or II drug and one count of bail violation on Nov. 18.
Kimber Leanne Templin Beverly, 35, of Buena Vista, for one felony count of possession of a schedule I or II drug and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 18.
Daniel Carlos Cardonia Diaz, 18, of Harrisonburg, for two felony counts of production of child pornography, one felony count of using a communication system to facilitate certain offenses involving children, one misdemeanor count of trespassing and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor on Nov. 2.
